These terms apply to all purchases from SOVELLE ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. BUSINESS DETAILS
SOVELLE is operated by Ruth Liyanage, ABN 66 858 365 562, Victoria, Australia.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We try to show product colours and details as accurately as possible, but screen displays can vary slightly. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

3. ORDERS
An order is accepted once you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error. If this happens, we'll refund you in full.

4. DISCOUNTS AND SALES
Discount codes can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined with other product discounts. If more than one discount could apply, you'll receive the largest one. Sale dates and conditions are shown on our Sale page.

5. PAYMENT
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We don't store your card details.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Please follow the care instructions supplied with each product. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep candles away from children, pets, draughts and anything flammable. Rinse swimwear in cool fresh water after use and dry it in the shade.

8. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to replacing or repairing the product, or refunding the price paid. This does not limit any guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including the SOVELLE name, logo, text and images, belongs to SOVELLE and may not be copied or used without our permission.

10. PRIVACY
We collect and handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Victoria.
